You have secured funding. Now the work needs to become a well-run, accountable, beneficiary-centred service. I can set it up, manage it, or support the whole journey from award to delivery.
When this helps
You need to recruit, establish processes and launch a newly funded service.
Your project needs an experienced manager for a few days each month.
You want continuity between setup and ongoing delivery.
How I work with you
Mobilisation and management are available separately, but the combined engagement is often the most useful. We agree responsibilities and a realistic allocation across each phase, with clear reporting to your charity and funder.

Timescale & next steps
An agreed setup phase followed, where needed, by ongoing part-time management. Monthly day allocations are agreed explicitly.
Tell me what you need, your timetable and any budget you are working within. I’ll confirm availability and propose a clear scope and fee.
Complexity, not simply the number of sites, determines the day rate. Your charity retains formal accounting, governance, employer and specialist responsibilities. We agree authority and escalation routes, and appropriate contractual arrangements, before work starts.
