Small charity support scheme

We are really excited to be able to offer small charities an extremely cost-effective support package that presents huge value for money, while providing ‘by your side’ support as you embark on sustaining and growing your income. This package comes with mentoring, prospect research, application review, the provision of essential fundraising templates, practical support for your fundraiser and strategic support for you and your Board - all for an incredibly low fee.   

 

A full statement of works can be provided if you would like to find out more, but in essence, our package includes (per month):

 

• Two hour structured mentoring and practical support meeting with whomever has accountability for fundraising. These meetings include progress against targets, ‘reflect to learn’ time on finished campaigns or applications, identifying and overcoming blockers on live work and time management support.

• Strategic, high level fundraising guidance, advice and input at your monthly/quarterly Trustee meetings. This can have a monthly specialist focus, and is also often used to support the fundraiser in sharing the fundraising activities, successes, barriers of the last period.

• Four quality prospect overviews each month, that are relevant and tailored to your organisational aims, including information on timeframes, the application process and recommendations on how it will align with your funding needs.

• A developmental, line and copy edit of any funding applications due to be submitted each month.

• A ‘fundraising essentials’ templates package. In this package you will receive a number of template documents that can be adapted for your organisation which will help to ensure you are fundraising efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the Fundraising Regulator. Templates will be introduced during mentoring meetings, with clear support and guidance on how to adapt them and introduce them into your ways of working. This package consists of a number of templates, including:

  • Case for Support template

  • Prospect Overview Form

  • Project Need form

  • Fundraising Strategy and Business Plan

  • Grant monitoring processes

  • Ethical Gifts Policy

  • Fundraising Policy 

  • Vulnerable Supporters Policy

  • Fundraising Report for Trustees

  • Simple-to-use applications and income tracker

  • Bid or No Bid (BNB) flow

  • ... Plus many more based on the particular projects or income streams your organisation is focusing on.

The small charity support scheme is available for small charities for a small monthly fee, with no minimum contractual term.* It provides an incredible opportunity for small charities to supercharge their fundraising efforts, without the outlay of growing their fundraising staff base.
